"In stock, was very easy to set up."
"My experience with this company is less than desirable. I will not recommend this company to anyone. The service is horrible. "
"Do not deal with these people. I ordered 2 CPU's, it took over 15 days to be delivered. In the box was only ONE CPU instead of the 2 I paid for and it was NOT NEW. It had cpu grease all over it.
I seriously recommend you avoid this company like the plague. They are completely dishonest and the support is ridiculous. I have now opened a fraud investigation with Paypal to get a refund.
BUYER BEWARE."
" Placed an order in the first week of August, expecting it to be delivered within a week. After checking with my credit card company, I was charged immediately after I sent the order. I got an email invoice, but no detailed description of the order. All it had was the total price charged, and the date the order was placed. Instead, two weeks passed and I emailed to find out if the package shipped yet. I was in a hurry because I needed to fix a family computer before I left town for a month. It took them 2 days to reply, and all I got was a one sentence message saying "You will get tracking anytime soon. Sorry". So, I thought everything was okay, right? I waited another couple days to see if they would email a tracking number. Still nothing... So, I emailed again to ask for an estimated time of shipment. Two days later, a message came and said "Packages normally take 10 days before they are sent. Sorry for the inconvenience." Really? Had I known it would take 10 days before shipment, then I wouldn't have placed an order. I never heard of anyone sitting on an order for 10 days before they send it. The only thing I could think of, was that they never actually had anything in stock, and only bought stock from the distributor after getting the order. Nevertheless, it was already almost three weeks later, so they were already past due. I sent a third email on Sunday, saying that I was ready to leave out of town and needed the package received no later than Thursday. It should really only take 2-3 days to deliver to me, so I thought if the shipped it on Monday or even Tuesday, then I should still get it in time. A reply came after one day, and said that I would get the package by the end of the week. I asked again and wanted to confirm "will I get the package definitely by Thursday?" They said "yes". So, on Tuesday I got a confirmation saying that one package was sent. I checked the estimated arrival date on the UPS website, and guess what? The package was scheduled for delivery on Friday. That's one day after I would already leave town, so the family and kids wouldn't have a working computer for another month in addition to the month that I had spent waiting for the order to arrive. I had no choice and left my laptop computer at home for the family, so that I went without a computer on my trip. On Friday after the package arrived, I got a phone call from my home. The package arrived as schedule. It came packed in a rotten old plastic bag! Probably I guess this is so that they can reduce weight to earn more money off of the shipping charge. When the package was opened, EVERYTHING inside was crushed. The CPU was chipped, the fan on the heatsink was cracked. NOTHING was usable. Everything was rattling around inside that plastic bag, as if someone threw a bunch of junk inside and shook it around. What did you expect, when you shipped a CPU with a heatsink in a PLASTIC BAG? Email replies to get this thing returned or replaced go unanswered. Who knows? Maybe the part was originally broken, they never had anything really in stock, and sent it in a plastic bag to blame it on shipping damage. I'll never know. You want to hear some more disappointing news? By the time the package arrived, computer prices had dropped. If I just bought from a more reputable company, then I could have saved myself all the hassle. And if I wanted the package to arrive a month late, then I could have waited a month to save money after the prices went down. Instead, I paid higher "one-month ago" computer prices and didn't even get anything that worked! I call it one of those bad lessons. Any buyers out there from this company, I would suggest you think clearly about what to expect. "
"I tried to get support to return or exchange the product that I bought from these guys. Only thing I got back was "SORRY!!!". That's it!!"
