"Very poor experience with mSpy product to monitor kids online activities
I was using mSpy to monitor my kids online activities. This product doesn’t work at all most of the times. Most of the features are only for namesake but needs constant and continuous reinstallation in target device which may not be possible most of the time as we don’t have access to the device. In a span of 10 days of usage I had to reinstall 6 times in tata get device by giving all permissions but it won’t work for more than 1-2 days. I was really frustrated. The service through chatbot is horrible as they keep on sending the same guides all the time but not resolving the issues. Even if you want to connect for a live chat the responses are the same guides. If you want to cancel the subscription within 14 days of purchase they don’t give refund sighting lame excuses and “clauses”. I request everybody not to use this after seeing their very encouraging advertisement. I give “0” rating for this product. Please be away from this and have better mental stability"
