"I bought what was advertised as a New guitar from Music Store Live.
I learned later they sent me a Used guitar.
I discovered too late it had a nick on the neck and high action. No return allowed.
(They don't advertise used guitars. I wonder what happens to their
return items?)
I requested a bill of sale, they didn't send me one.
All I have was a receipt that says "used and second hand", so no warranty
from Guild. I specifically requested a "real hardshell case", instead of a
polyfoam case, alas Music Store Live Ignored me.
I got lied to twice. (so far)
Never again will I patronize Music Store Live."
