"After purchasing software and getting the download link the download system errors saying you don't have permission to the file and/or the system errored. You get a limited number of download attempts and are then locked out. Contacting the payment processor 2checkout.com won't help as they do not have access to the software. The Muvee website is broken giving a 500 error when attempting to contact support or attempting to download trial software. Sending an email to support results in a bounced email from google saying the target email system is not accessible. It seems Muvee has stopped supporting their business but continues to take orders. DO NOT BUY anything from them until they fix their website and open their support system."

"I purchased MuveeRevel but due to having to replace a hard drive I did not download it right away. When I did go to download it, the download links had expired. I emailed support and they suggested I try a different browser. That made no difference. I received an email offering me an upgrade and responded with an explanation that I could not upgrade since I could not download my original purchase. I was then informed that I had not purchased the link retention but support should have provided new links. The email, sent by "Linda", said she would have support contact me. They never did.
This software sounds useful but, if you buy it, download it right away."
