"The times that an e-bay seller has used myHermes to deliver a parcel , I haven't received my parcel, they don't ring the bell even if we are inside and they leave the parcel in an exposed area outside the house ( with the result that TWICE my parcel got stolen ) . Whenever I can avoid using your company I do. I am sorry, but you need to speak to the people who are responsible for the deliveries and maybe even check on them to see how they are doing their job. The bad thing is that even when a parcel is NOT delivered into the hands of the customer, they type that they delivered to the customer or neighbours and then you are unable to do anything! Cause the tracking online says that it was delivered to you!"

"On this occasion my visit and use of the site was fine, but i had a past issue where i was charged for a label on paypal but it still showed as un paid on hermes. i was told by your customer service team to buy they label again and they would correct the issue. after sending 10 of more emails to hermes included screen shots of my pay pal showing payment had been taken the issue was un resloved with hermes refusing to look in to it. This makes me send as many parcels as i can with royal mail rather than hermes as i dont trust the service. using hemes for me now is a last resort."
