"Did a 1st time import from ebay but now know I had set the defaults incorrectly so didn't include signed for. Poor help from chat room to rectify, especially when I'm in a rush & need to drop parcel off on way to do something else. No way of amending the order to correct what was required.In the end I left wrong import in basket- I've now been able to delete ok. I went through the site as normal, paid, printed & dropped off. Now back to correct everything. I've gone back into import options & corrected the defaults by starting again.My issues are that there is no one to ring & speak to for help- you need to use the chat & my typing skills make that I hate it as I can't keep up. Person on chat couldn't solve my issues, in the end I've gone back to the beginning and done it myself.Hopefully next time will be a better experience. I don't normally have a problem creating the order, just today & no help when I needed it. generally find site & delivery excellent."
