You are a logistics company who managed not only to provide false information on the website, I was hung up on at least twice while seeking answers to see if I would receive my parcel on time as I had my Carer waiting all day with me for the parcel to arrive. You have two jobs, deliver my package, give accurate tracking information. Sadly in this situation, Hermes failed on both aspects. If I was not hung up on and I was given honesty from the first customer service agent I would have no complaints as I am aware issues do occur but after all of the above . . . . Would not recommend if you take your business and relationships to customers seriously.This is not an experience I would recommend people pay for. Thank you and I hope this helps."
