"The main problem is that you state that the parcels will be picked up on a certain date, but give no clue as to time. In my case I waited from 8am all day for the parcels to be picked up at 5.25pm. As I am disabled I did not want to move too far in case the courier came and I could not get to the door in time. I do not hold the courier responsible for this, he was a very pleasant and helpful person. However, in these days of instant communication there is no excuse for keeping customers waiting all day. It suggests that you do not have a great deal of respect for your customers. My time is as important as everyone else's I do not mind waiting an hour or two, but any more than that is unfair."

"Your online site is fine, no probs, but your delivery people are another matter as is your so called online chat people. When you wait in for a parcel only for the delivery person to put a card through to say that they tried to deliver (when not even ringing the working buzzer). Then the next day not to even come round (when there is a note on the letterbox to say ring the buzzer). No card left and stating online that there was no answer. The chat people seem just to follow a SCRIPT and not pay attention to what it being typed. When you have waited in on a Thur&Fri for a parcel as going on holiday the Sat. Then saying they cannot then deliver to the shop & I can only complain to the retailer about YOUR BAD service. Then actually cutting me off as they say they cannot help further!!! Disgusting customer service!! Get your act together please for all us customers who have no choice when companies use YOU to send us our goods."

There is nothing on the web site that says you can't leave parcels in the basket until you need to send.Not happy about that as I had to manually load address etc."
