"I ordered from mytableware.com on March 24, 2014 and two months later still have not received my order. The first order inquiry I sent I did get a response saying that they had to order my china mugs from the mfr and they'd let me know a ship date. After another month with no ship date, they are now not responding to email and do not answer their phone. The website has been taken down although I did see that they have a merchant shop up on Amazon. I can't even reach someone to get my money back. Do not order from this company!"

"This was by far the WORST online shopping experience I have ever had. In November, I ordered 4 items from mytableware as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. I received a confirmation email after placing the order, that said all 4 items were in stock and would ship within 1-10 business days. After 2 weeks, I had not received any shipping info from them, so I went online to check my account. "Not yet shipped".
On the 11th business day (12/12) I called customer service to find out why my items had not shipped. The rep said that some of the items were not in yet, but that they would all ship by the end of the week. When I told her about my concerns that it did not ship within the timeframe that I was promised, she had no answer and did not apologize. She said that she could ship the item that was in that day, so I asked her to do that.
They did not ship any items that day, nor did they ship anything by the end of the week.
On 12/19, I called back. I was told that 2 of my items were on backorder and that I would not be getting them until February! When I asked why I was told that they were in stock and would ship within 10 business days when I ordered them, the rep had no answer, and again, no apology. Needless to say, I decided to cancel the order. (It's been 48 hours, and I still haven't gotten my money back either.) Now, it's 4 days before Christmas and I have to go out shopping to find a new gift!
I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS WEBSITE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND SHOP THERE EITHER. IT IS A SCAM!!! DON'T BE FOOLED!!!!"
"I placed an order for 4 wine goblets on August 25, after 2 weeks with nothing I called them back only to find out that the item hadn't even shipped out yet.
They had no reason as to why and I never received an email telling me my item was back ordered or on hold. I saw on my bank statement they were happy to take my money the same day I ordered however I question whether or not anything would have ever been resolved if I hadn't called.

"I ordered 8 spoons from this website on July 24, 2011 and got a confirmation email but didn't get any shipment for two weeks. I finally called them and they told me that the spoons are back ordered (it did not say this when I placed order online). The rep told me they have 4 spoons in stock and asked if I want those first and they'll send the rest 4 spoons when they get the shipment in a week, so I said okay. When I received the 4 spoons finally those were actually too small for my cups so I called them right away and asked for exchange. The rep said no problem, just send back the 4 spoons and they'll send the 8 teaspoons once they get returns. I shipped them immediately just to hear/receive nothing from them.
I waited a week and called. One of their reps who wasn't really nice said she has to look into it to see if they received the spoons back (even though I told her that my tracking number says they received it several days ago). She was snappy and told me she'll give me a call back but never did.
Four days passed and I just called them again. The same woman picked up and says they only have 5 spoons in stock and will get the rest next week (they've been saying this every time I called them). I asked if she can send it out today since I've been waiting for the spoons for a MONTH (ridiculous!) and she kept saying she can't promise that. WTH. I'm an avid online shopper and this is the most ridiculous online merchant I've dealt with. And their customer service reps are utterly unprofessional and rude.

"After I placed my order I called to see if some changes could be made. Many other companies want to charge you more for changes or tell you its too late. Customer service was wonderful and got my order pulled before shipping same day so I did not have to ship the incorrect plates I ordered back. "I am completely dissatisfied with this company. I ordered some flatware on March 30 for which they immediately charged my credit card. It is now May 17th and I STILL do not have the items I ordered. I have had to write to them numerous times and I get told over and over they are shipping next week, next week, next week. I believe this is a scam and they have no intention of ever shipping my items. I have asked for a refund and have not received that either. I have finally had to file a complaint with the BBB and will file complaints with other government agencies soon."
"I purchased some tumblers for my sons birthday and was satisfied with the product but totally disgusted with the service. I placed my order the 13th of Jan. and it did not ship until Jan. 25th. The item arrived well after my son's birthday. I directed my complaint to them first but with little or not action. I even had to email them and request the tracking information as it was taking so long to arrive and then discovered they had just recently been sent. I would not advise using this company on line, I know I will not order from them again. "
