"I ordered 2 Waterford Christmas flutes from mytableware.com on 12/31/2010 and received an email confirming my purchase with an order ID number assigned. My credit card was charged on 1/3/2011. I called on 1/11/2011 to check on the status of my order. They said they had cancelled the order since they didn't have the items in stock - even though their inventory showed it in stock when I ordered, I have an order #, and I have been charged for it. They said that my credit card has been debited for the charge, but as of 1/11/2011, it has not been reversed. Not only did they charge me for something that did not ship, they did not communicate with me in anyway that they cancelled my order. I am now trying to find Christmas merchandise in the middle of January when I could have easily found them elsewhere if this company had not sold me something they could not deliver - but still charged me for. Obviously, they have a very poor system. I'll never, never even look at their website again. "
"I ordered a present for my daughter for Christmas on Dec17. They promised to deliver in 1-10 bus. days, which I thought would be fine, probably on time. After pacing an order i tried to call, but without success, busy line or answer machine. When Dec 27 item was steel not delivered I started to worry, I called them tens of times without success, i sent email- no answer. Only Jan6 finally I reached them and been told that they don;t have item. They could get it maybe end of Jan. I was so frustrated with them. I canceled the order, but don't know yet did they refunded my payment, i haven't heard from them, no cancellation email and nobody answers the phone,
My suggestion, stay away from myTableware, looks like they are really bad in their business."
"I ordered Christmas presents from MyTableware on December 10. Everything that I ordered was listed as in stock. I got a conformation email saying that my items would ship between 1 and 10 days. I thought that 10 days would be extremely slow, and sent them an email, saying that a few days to ship would be fine, but 10 would not. I did not hear back. After a week of hearing nothing, I started trying to call them. I either got a busy signal, or it would just ring. Finally two days before Christmas, I got through to a message saying that they would not be answering their phone until after January second, and I could not leave a message. No explanations and no apology. I should say that they charged my credit card the day I made the purchase. Today is Christmas. No dishes, no communication at all. Horrible customer service. I will cancel my order if I can ever get through to them."
"i had a great experience with mytableware.com. their prices were cheaper than the department stores and other online places i found. i needed more place settings of my wedding china, because i want to do thanksgiving at my house this year. thank god i found mytableware, because now i'll have enough pieces without breaking the bank. my shipment arrived on time and everything was packed really well. everything was in perfect condition, so i'm definitely happy. now that i've found mytableware, i'm skipping registries and buying place settings from mytableware to give friends and family for their wedding gifts."
"I was not able to find any better prices on the net than with mytableware. I called first to make sure they were a good company and found out they have an A+ with the BBB and have been in business selling tableware for over 10 years. They are a family run business and you can get someone on the phone right away who is knowledgably in all the products they sell. Kelly was super helpful. "I ordered two sets of dishes on November 18 and my credit card was charged the next day. I was told I would receive an email when the items shipped, so after two weeks I was puzzled that I hadn't received anything (either the order or an email) and I called them. It was difficult to get through, but when I did I was told the items weren't in stock and would be received in 10 days. I was surprised that they would charge a credit card without first checking to see if the items were in stock, or that they would even sell anything without it being in stock! They said they would call me if the items weren't in store in 10 days. However, after 10 days, they still were not in. Of course, they did not call me to tell me this; I had to contact them again. At this point I canceled the order, because I stopped trusting what they told me; everything they had said was a lie. This was December 15, so I wasted nearly a month waiting. I put in for a refund immediately, and I will give them credit for the fact that the refund only took 4 days. While the staff was very nice, I am still appalled that they would charge a credit card for an order that they could not fulfill and not be courteous or professional enough to contact their customers. I would NOT recommend ordering from this company."
"Excellent seller to deal with. I searched many sites and they had the best prices for my china pattern, especially when one factors in the free shipping over $150, which I was easily able to use as I was ordering a number of extra pieces for my set. Everything arrived packed very well, and though clearly marked fragile, the store also packed planning for the delivery company to perhaps be a little less careful than we would hope. Packed wonderfully, took me quite a while to get all the bubble wrap off, and even oddly-shaped pieces were packed very well. My experience with shipping was that they were reasonable. I had everything in about a week, and I had ordered on a weekend. Will definitely order from this store next time I'm in the market."
"Although this vendors feedback ratings on Ebay are quite good just about all the negative ratings they received were because of slow shipping and lack of email response to queries by customers and that is why I also will give this vendor a negative rating.
I ordered my item on Nov. 27th and was told the item would be shipped by the twentieth of Dec. just in time for Christmas. When the twentieth passed and no item showed up I inquired as to when it would be shipped. I got no response.
The item was finally shipped on the twenty-sixth and arrived on the third of January 2008.
When I complained via negative feedback they lied and said they had sent two emails telling me the items would be shipped at a later date. I received no emails from this vendor.
The website ad never stated the item was not in stock or that they would have a hard time fulfilling the order.
I would not order from this vendor again."
