"Didn't find out about this resllerratings.com until after I purchased item. Now I am very nervous about when I might receive it. I ordered it on 11/28/03 from a guy named Mark who was very pushy and seemed only interested in closing the deal and moving on. Several times he put me on hold and never came back. I called right back in and spoke to him, he didn't even remember talking to me. He assured me the product would be shipped and I would have a tracking number in 24hrs. Four days later I called to cancel my order and while I was on the phone, an e-mail came my way with a tracking number. Still waiting for product to arrive. UPS said it is scheduled for next Tuesday. I am keeping my fingers crossed that everything is as promised when it arrives. It just doesn't seem worth it to save a few bucks! Back to Best Buy for me folks!!!!! 12/10/03 Partial shipment received, can't get ahold of anyone to check on unshipped item. Again talked to Mark who put me on hold for so long I forgot who I was calling. Still waiting as I am typing these words....."

"Had extreme difficulty getting item delivered. Person I talked to on phone was the most rude, arrogant and obnoxious person I have ever talked to in my entire life. I cancelled the order and would never even think of ordering from this outfit again"

"Given that a lot of positive feedback from eBay users, ordered a Canon G2 at $530 from their web site. Advertisement in their site claimed that the camera was brand new factory sealed with USA warranty. Order placed but no further news. Sent repeated emails and finally a rep. called back after 4 days. He first of all pushed to sell additional battery pack claiming that the battery included in the package could only last for one hr. His offer was declined and he turned to say that the warranty was only 3 months and Canon would charge over $300 for repair service. Queried their ad. that the item should bear USA warranty, answered that the camera came from overseas. Rep. further claimed that they had the item with manufacturer warranty but cost $60 more. He further persuaded me to buy a black G2 at $699. After rejecting all these, the rep. turned rude and threatened that he had my personal information. Beware of that site and would never buy from them again."
