"Emailed them at their request to see if a "Low stock Please email" part could be obtained! Three days later still no response, so I emailed them! 2 days later, sent them an email saying that one of their competitors, Oop's, not a competitor, but someone that wants my business contacted me and had my part, so I bought it from them. No sorry, we lost your email, we don't have your part, absolutely no contact from them AT ALL! What a waste of good cyberspace! Amazed that they can operate a business this way!"
"I ordered an item and never received it. After receiving an e-mail confirmation, I didn't hear back for two weeks later. So I logged in to see the order status, and it said "voided." I tried to call to inquire into why it was voided and why I was never e-mailed or called about it. It was impossible to get a live customer service representative. Ultimately, I e-mailed the company, and received a response from GWC Distributors, which appears to be the real company name.
I was basically told that it was my job to reorder the item because of their contractor's mistake :
"Order was onhold by our credit card authorization company
At which time they voided the transaction
Sorry for the trouble
If still needed re-order."
I asked for free expedited shipping given the mix up by the company, which was ignored. No efforts were taken to fix any of this."
"STAY AWAY - received wrong items, never got anyone who did anything right in this company, returned everything, abut 4 weeks after got no refund, emails, calls daily... no response. Person who is managing returns is always on vacation or not available. "
