"The batteries had less than 3Volts, and 3V was advertised. I returned them. It was a major hassle. Company did not answere the phone, nor return a message, nor respond to e-mail. I went to the New York Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the did not respond to the BBB's complaints. I finally received a refund after contacting Walmart where I bought the batteries online (Walmart would not take back the batteries because MyBatterySupplier is a 3rd party vendor). Now MyBatterySupplier is not re-imbursing my return shipping as advertised on their www page. I asked for a return shipping label, which they never answered to. After ignoring my calls and e-mails finally shipped them at my own cost and now they say I did not tell them that the batteries were defective. MY RECOMMENDATION IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! "

"the CR 123 batteries are difficult to test with standard home testers. need a voltmeter to accurately see how they are. They were not in retail packaging and drained very quickly once I put them in the arlo camera. Had to return them but at least Amazona and the Seller was good with their shipping and return policy I was not terribly inconvenienced. "

"Just received my order for 24 of these batteries. Installed four into my Arlo camera and the camera wouldn't sync to the base station. After trouble shooting I tested the new batteries and found 2 of the 4 were measuring 2.6 volts. Tested the remaining batteries and found 2 others reading the same. So the deal was good but I didn't get what I paid for.
