"I was under the impression that I was getting a qaulity product. I had ordered a Blue Ant Q2 bluetooth headset. After I received the product in a plastic bag with no manual (just the charger and headset) in a very un-protected USPS bubble wrap bag, I noticed there were cosmetic scratches on the product and a volume button that was flimsy. All of which, was not advertised. There was no phone number for customer service. Very displeased and unsatisfied. Sounds like a chop shop re-selling 2nd hand goods."

"I wish I would have read this review before I bought this item.
Item was the cheapest I found on google shopping and I went for it. Their website looks well made so I decided to give them a try, I was expecting a brand new Motorola S305 headset, instead, I got a used, in a ziploc bag, dirty headphone. I have sent several e-mails and called their number and no one is returning my calls. This is an outrage. I will never do business with these guys again, they have several websites that sell the same merchandise, buyers beware"

"Horrible company, fradulent selling. Sells used/refurb/return items as new so you roll the dice if it still works. Won't respond to any inquiries via their website and please note they do not have a phone number. That's a big indicator that they are running a scam. I bought Motorola s305 bluetooth headset from them. What they call "bulk packaging" is really return item packaging like you see on ebay - a zip lock bag. The battery was dead right off the bat. Immediately contacted them, but they don't respond to inquiries on their website. Submitted a dispute via paypal and they responded to that rather quickly - but 2 days later they have yet to respond to their own website inquiry. They refuse to send a working item and tell me to ship it back to them at my cost and that I need to let them know when THEY receive it to get a refund. I guess they think I didn't want the item and that it's my responsibility. I wanted a new, working item and I did not get it. I won't spend more money on a fradulent item when they've already tricked me once. They make it completely your problem - buyer beware!!!! "
