Here's a great way to turn a friend into a foe. Second time ordering from Kam ... first one was fine. After package arrived I emailed (twice) with a simple question about the accuracy of the prescription: NO ANSWER! Guess business is so good that repeat customers are no longer needed. "
"I am a long time customer. Sadly, their customer support and communication has taken a turn for the worse. I would warn anyone contemplating a purchase to look elsewhere. I received an order containing three pairs of glasses, all were made in error and not per the order. Kam was slow to respond then asked for a measurement to be taken on the glasses he sent me. Havent heard from him since i responded. Its been three weeks and still no response. Beware."
"I ordered a pair of rimless glasses over a month ago and intially Kam responded to emails. Now it is several weeks later and no glasses, more importantly - no response to my numerous emails inquiring on the status. In the last email I even stated "If I do not receive a response to this email I will assume I am not getting the glasses and will take approriate action" still no reply. I had read the testimonials previous to using this site and I am very disappointed. Am on limited income and cannot affor to waste $120 without getting my glasses! If I get the glasses I will update my review.

"Slow email response but order arrived in about 2 weeks. This guy, Kam, said they are having email and system problem after upgrading to Windows 7 a while ago. Oh well, the glasses is well worth the wait. Hope that their problem will be fixed soon."

"I ordered/purchased 1 pr. Rimless Eyeglasses via PayPal on Jan 18, 2010. A Horace Ho received payment the same day. As of this date Feb 27, 2010, I have not received product nor replies from MyEyeglasses, "Kam" or Horace" to my numerous inquiries as to status. I have waited well beyond the expected delivery time of "usually two weeks". In the absence of any correspondence from either Kam, Horace, or MyEyeglasses and yes, the numerous "shell" companies they operate under, I can only believe they are now defunct and are operating in a fraudulent manner. I trust that others read this post BEFORE purchasing from MyEyeglasses... "

"I purchased from myeyeglasses and had nothing but the best experience. I would not say this if it wasn't the best that I have had from anyone to one person transaction. Kam is the man that I dealt with. I had problems with my first purchase because of a miscommunication on my part with prescription. Shipped to me from China, he had no problem turning it around even though it came from across the world…I couldn't believe the turnaround. I dealt with another company (framesdirect.com WARNING) getting rimless and they screwed up 2 orders (took 5 months the process). Emailed him and he came through, unlike other companies who would charge 3x as much to put you on hold over and over.
Can't beat the cost either, I bought my glasses total for $113 and the send them back (because of my fault) $10 to fix and $12 to ship back and forth. Shipping them around the world getting a new lenses it only cost me $135 for sweet hinged titanium rimless transition glasses.
I know the site doesn't look the best, but the service is top notch. All transactions went smoothly through Paypal. Kam responded very quickly to my email. I had a problem with my first order in my prescription which was totally my fault. He came back with a response that he would remedy it. He did, it took 5 weeks after shipping back and forth across the world, but it came out right. Would have been 3 weeks if I had made my prescription right the first time. Kam is the best, always knew I was being treated well and was given a superior product."
