"The site is clear, easy to use, great pictures, great descriptions of products available and excellent prices. Ordering was clear cut, shipping was prompt and package was received 1 day sooner the estimated. Now for the problem, the package included three items and the packaged was torn when received and two items were missing. When contacting the vendor, I was advised that I had to file a claim with the shipper which I have done. The package measurements were W-12", L-45", H-3" and the vendor used 3 small pieces of tape 3 inches in width to seal the package. Had the vendor used 18 inches of tape to seal the ends of the package and 36 inches of tape along the length of the package to seal the long end opening I am sure the loss of items would probably not have occurred. I would purchase from the vendor again if I could be sure that the shipping department solves the box taping situation. Thanks"
