"I recently ordered a replacement upper tailgate cover for my 2019 Mazda CX five. The part was perfect fit and color for my vehicle and the price was good.
Staff was very helpful when I called and also when I stopped in to pick up the part.

I guess they need to reinforce their packaging so it doesn’t bend on its way. So sad. The price was too good to be true for a reason at around $40. I emailed them so hoping to hear back from them"

"I ordered this part on Saturday. Today is Friday. I just got notice a few minutes ago they just processed the order. The tracking number says that the label for shipping was just printed but has not been taken to UPS facility for shipping. Why does it take a week to fill out a shipping label?? Why will it take at least two weeks to get my order? The prices were similar to amazon but were OEM. I expected it here this week. I will not order here again because I have no idea when I may get my order."
