"Initial order said to expect an email receipt and shipping information. Neither ever came. I emailed and called the shop and got no response via either method. My credit card was charged right away though.

Up until the part actually arrived several days later, I felt like I was scammed because of the abnormal, complete and total lack of communication. The part ordered (cargo cover) was in perfect condition (new) at a great price, though. I would shop there again but hope they figure out their communication issues - if it had gone one more day, I would have called my credit card company to reverse the charge."
