"I wish and wish I could give this reseller a fantastic rating and I never write bad reviews but in this case, because I cannot get in touch with anyone via their phone number or their email contact form I feel I need to write this.

I placed an order on January 24. On January 26 I received an email that stated my order was being processed and was being shipped "ground delivery 5-7 days". I never received a tracking number and never found out who the carrier even was so I called twice and left two messages then I sent an email. I never heard a thing. As of now, I still have not received my order nor have I received any communication back from this company. I simply wanted to know the shipment date, carrier, and tracking number and have heard nothing still. I want to write that I had a good experience but I am honestly just stunned that I cannot even get ahold of anyone at the number and that my emails go unanswered."
