"I had order from MYOTC in the past - the last 2 times were horrible! First - the order arrived and for whatever reason was undeliverable and sent back even though the same address etc had been used in the past. I am in Canada and trying to connect with someone there over the phone was non-existant... the email response took 2 days to hear back and therefore took nearly 2 weeks to get resolved. The last order I made which will also be my final oder ever - they sent me the wrong product. I took a picture of the incorrect product and sent it via email as per their request...they then wanted the UPC code - which I provided and they then told me 'that wasn't the code we sent'....?? It wsa a pretty simple fix I thought - i'll send the item back and you send me the correct one - instead - they were more confused as to why I got the product I did instead of fixing the problem. I have sent 2 follow up emails and no one is even responding now... it is the worst client experience I have even endured. the rep I was dealing with was Prashanth and I think she is only person in the customer service department or at least thats the way it seems..."

"I was going to order on Amazon but it said it was not going to ship until after Christmas. I looked around the web and came upon myotcstore.com and it said I would receive it about 3 days after shipping. I ordered it on the 12th of December and received an email update that it was processed and ready to ship on the 14th. Then on the 21st I received an email that due to an inventory problem my order shipment is being delayed. Really, 7 days later I'm being told there is a problem after I was told it was ready to ship? I received it on the 26th. I should have known better, if Amazon can't get it out by Christmas no one can. Too bad as I thought I found a new site to shop."
