"My experience was HORRIBLE because upon my purchase, I was given a date of delivery -- 7 days from purchase date. I had NEVER purchased from this company before; however, when I called about shipment & spoke with Pavan, he told me that the NY area had snow, so the package is late!!!
I live in the state of Georgia, we had snow & it had gone, so what did that have to do with the delivering of my product?
At that time, Pavan, not ONCE offered any APOLOGY for the delay. I was given 3 different dates finally after calling the USPS, who informed me how ALL the dates given were wrong & FINALLY, they guaranteed the date of delivery was a relief.
Pavan told me that my package had been left with a neighbor; however, because I live in a home there's only one other home on my side of the street & it's vacant, along with the others, that could not have happened & I told him this; he looked again & FINALLY, after I told him, he was SORRY for the delay.
The PRODUCTS are EXCELLENT, but the process of delivery was HORRIBLE!!!! J."
