"On 8/24 - I tried to place an order. Each time I was given an order number, then told "payment declined" This happened 3 times on that date. Why give a customer an order number if declined? I have NEVER in my whole life had a payment declined
anywhere. DO NOT APPECIATE THIS ON MY RECORD.
