"Long story short...Received wall calendars with another company's name on the bottom. Multiple emails sent to Myron and no reply except from the credit department when I replied to their request for payment and after sending an email to multiple email addresses at once to express how unhappy I was. I got 3 replies to that email and they all gave me differing information about when to expect the wall calendars. One reply gave me the tracking numbers for the two boxes of wall calendars but the calendars weren't actually received by Canada Post until 8 days later. No proof or confirmation emails about the pocket calendars I ordered was ever received. First mention of them was when I asked if they were coming because if they weren't I was ordering from another company. That's when I was told they had shipped and I was provided the tracking number. I ordered both types of calendars in September. The pocket calendars were received Dec 13th and the correct wall calendars finally came in today (Dec 28th). The lack of communication from this company is my biggest complaint. I have ordered through them for the past couple of years and never had an issue (although we weren't completely happy with the last batch of pens...some kept falling apart). This year though has been the absolute worst for customer service and it is enough that I have no plans to ever order from them again. They claim customer satisfaction is guaranteed but have done nothing back that claim up. I do not recommend dealing with them."
