"I placed the order for 1 bottle totaling $31.83 on May 5th 2008. They charged my card three days later and to this day (May 22nd) I have heard NOTHING from this company. I have called at least a dozen times since placing the order and was never able to leave a message because their Customer Service line mailbox was always full. I have also sent them at least 10 e-mails voicing my complete and utter displeasure with their business practices.
Finally, today (May 22nd) I was able to leave a voice message at their Customer Service number. I stated that I have been trying to call them for close to three weeks now and that if I did not hear from them by 3:00 p.m. MST I would have the bank reverse the charge. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. Their service is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Buyer Beware indeed.
I have discovered their corporate telephone number ***-***-**** apparently in Stamford, CT. Their corporate e-mail is ****@****. I will update this review as soon as I call/hear from them."
"I purchased $78 worth of bottles from mysigg.com in late April and have had nothing but problems. I first started getting concerned when I got no confirmation email about my order. I logged in to my account a day later and there is a link to see the status on your order history. I click to see the status and NO ORDERS ARE LISTED!! At that point I decided to email them to see whats going on...waited for 4 days before calling. Left word on the answering machine and never got a return call. Sent another email but I still get no response! And you want to know the best thing?? I get my credit card statement and see a charge for $78 from mysigg.com!! Incredible!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!"
"I placed and order through the MySigg.com site on April 29th, 2009 for two bottles. I received a confirmation email shortly after and my card was charged on the 1st of May. It's now May 8th and my order has not shipped and I can't get into contact with anyone. My emails have so far gone unanswered and phone calls to the number listed on their site dump me into a voice mailbox which is FULL and will not take my message.
My next call will be to my bank to reverse the charge on my VISA. Buyer Beware"
"This company, apparently, is becoming very popular with the latest push to stop using plastic, one-time use water bottles. Add to that, that their designs are VERY cool with something for just about everyone... and you have a company that can't keep up with orders. At least that is the reason (excuse) they are giving me. I placed an order on Monday, however it was a bit later in the day... so I called. Spoke to one of the directors who promised me that my order would ship the next day. However, after that... no phone calls or emails were answered or returned!? Finally, I found another phone number via Sigg's site (not my mysigg.com which is their store)... I finally got someone who started with the excuses. She promised to call me back, but never did. Finally I hit pay dirt calling the number on mysigg's site (which previously had never been answered) and a scared sounding girl told me the bottle brush I had ordered was holding up my order! UGH! I told them leave it off the order and send the bottles! This time I actually got a call back verifying my shipping address and I have an email with a tracking number (however that tracking number is showing "out for delivery" in Houston, TX... so we'll see how this all pans out)
One of the worst things the company did was to actually charge my credit card on Monday when the order was placed. If they aren't going to ship that day (or the next, at the latest) they need to NOT charge my card!
I'm hoping I'll love my bottles... dealing with the company has left a... no pun intended.... bad taste in my mouth... Hopefully the bottles will live up to the hype... I'll love them... and all will be right with the world!

I'm getting less impressed with this company. I did receive my bottles and they are very nice, and were well packed. However, since I did not receive the bottle brush, I have a refund coming (since they charged my card on the date ordered rather than the date shipped.) I have emailed them several times and they have yet to respond. If need be I'll do a charge back from my credit card company for the refund, but it would be much smoother for them to do the right thing."
