My credit card was charged twice and Mike sent the item without signature required, which I never received. Unfortunately, Mike turned against me and insulted me. I am not going to do business with you again and plan to report this to the appropriate better business bureau/Consumer protection agency. You do not seem to be a reputable business and your customer service leaves a lot to be desired. To have attempted to do business with you was a big mistake."

"i order an 8psk for a nuveno hd beguining of july 09,doesnt work ,i send it back16 july they ge it around 18of july,i get it back around 24 august ,still no good i send it back 8 of september and finaly i get the good one the.......8of october 2009.that tells me if you buy you get things very fast (4days) but for the waranty you will waite ....three months .and for bonus you pay the sheeping back it cost(22$)even it's not my fault.so next time ,i will remember
