"No customer support. Former good brand is ruined by poorly automated website. Placed an order for two items and received immediate confirmation. Next day, received shipping confirmation, then followed by a cancellation notice. Apparently, one item was unavailable, but does not specify which of the two colors was shipped. I wrote asking for more info, but received automated reply that their email address is not monitored. It referred me back to the website with a dead link to non-existent contact form. Website shows same link but no contact form anywhere. Finally, I called but rep can't see order details either. She also had no way to report the broken website link and missing contact form. Judging by the service, Nautica is a very dead brand."
