"contact never acknowledged after repeated e:mails, very frustrating! delivery took 17 days but clothing was good."

"Excellent customer service in writing via email, I would give a higher rating but they don't always have my size and since they are in Germany they cost a lot more to ship. That's my biggest complaint, but I've loved their well made clothes, jeans were wonderful, just couldn't reorder the same ones the next year, that's my biggest disappointment."
