"I ordered something online April 27 2020 and it has not arrived. They charged my card right away.
I emailed twice, email gets returned undeliverable. I filled out a contact us form online and did not get a response. I called and no one answered. I tried chat but it said no operators are availble.
This is a total failure of a company.
