"Before I even wore the dress one of the buttons broke, followed by two more broken buttons. I had to buy a whole set of ten buttons and remove the original ones, then stitch the new ones in place. It took over an hour to do the stitching plus going to the shop to buy the buttons, two more wasted hours. Then I had to wash the dress twice before wearing it as it had such a bad smell of chemicals.
Your customer service gave me a small refund, but I will never order anything from you again as it was such a bother."
