"Not sure how they got so many stars. Horrible company. I ordered boots and they smell. Chat line was nasty and told me to wash them and air them out. When I said I wanted to return them she said I have to pay the shipping to China, which is outrageous. Then they have to inspect them to see if I will get a refund. My thoughts......if you sell a product you should stand by it. If it’s sub parr then make it easy to get a refund. I will continue to write my review on every website I can find to earn others. "

"Ordered 3 bras & has been sent 2 different sizes which is significantly different from advertised size chart. The misfit can be identified visually hence no fitting is required.
Requested return which Newchic refuses straight away, citing "hygiene" reason despite products have not been used, Although it was seller's fault, their agent only offer partial refund for keeping the products. They don't care about customers as keeping the money is their main goal.
Please beware that seller's offer no direct email & communication can only be done via their site so you have no records. Possible fake feedback on their products which can only be left via their website thus quarantined & falsified.
Can't reach solution with Newchic & requested Paypal to step in. Buyers beware!"

They helped me solve it and in the end they decided to send it again. One product was out of stock and they exchanged it for another. Now I am waiting for the new shipment. "I ordered 2 bags from New Chic and after 5 weeks of not being delivered to South Africa, I mailed their Service Department. Within half an hour Sitara returned by mail - since then we have been corresponding trying to get hold of my parcel which is somewhere in the World. This morning Sitara informed me that they will reship my package within 1-2 business days. Now for me this is proper customer service - she was precise, friendly, apologetic and even said that they will refund me if I so wishes.
Once I receive my parcel - I will definitely order again from them, with this kind of customer service, their products will be of top quality as well.

"I order a product from New Chic at the beginning of September. I waited the 7-20 days recommended by their online support FAQ page for my country. I wrote an email asking where my product was after 4 weeks and they asked for my patience, so I waited another 2 weeks. When the product did not show up after 6 weeks I sent another 3 emails and each time was asked by New Chic to be patient. Finally after 8 weeks, I resolved the issue by chatting with a customer service agent online and they did issue me a refund. My advice is to walk away from New Chic - they do not listen to their customers and make it very difficult to either recieve what you bought or get a refund. They will also tell you to be patient using form letters and never really look at your case!

"I ordered a jacket size 12. According to Newchic's page my size equates to an XL. They sent me a L size. It obviously did not fit me but they returned my money in full and told me to give the jacket to a friend. Excellent service."
