"Two tops I bought did not fit and I wanted to return and exchange for a different size. I wasn't happy to pay the shipping costs and I was going backwards and forwards via email for a lengthy period, which only added to the frustration. They attempted to refund me but that didn't work and they sent me a link for payment which also didn't work.
While it is clear their returns process needs to be much more customer friendly and efficicent, they recognised their fault and sent me the same items in the correct size free of charge, while also refunding the payment that had inadvertently gone through regardless of an error message and no confirmation.
A bumpy ride but good service...in the end."
