"NewChic does not know American sizes at all. I ordered a pair of US M shorts but they sent me US XL shorts. HUGE. They refuse to send me new shorts because they needed a photo of a "SKU label", which was never sent to me. I sent them picture of the shorts, every tag on the shorts (which clearly showed that they shorts were XL) as well as the shipping label. They still refused to send me the correct shorts and eventually offered me a refund. Unfortunately, that refund will take 10 (!) days to process so I'm turning to my credit card company for a chargeback. They really shouldn't do business with the US, they don't know how to treat American customers. "
"The styles are cute and you cant beat the prices IF you get your merchandise. One order was missing a dress. Attempts to work with customer service were futile. After numerous emails of explaining what was missing, they wanted me to take a photo of everything that WAS delivered as if that would be proof of the missing piece?
I ordered a ring and they sent the wrong size.
