"I ordered a jacket in January. I was willing to take a chance, given the good price - even though all the reviews here would have indicated that was a bad idea. Their communication started off well - I checked in after a few days to see if I could get a tracking number. They told me it was coming from the warehouse and would ship the next week. I'd check in about once a week or so - and kept getting the same answer. The times to respond got longer and longer between responses. Finally by April I asked if I was ever going to get it and they told me they'd mail me a refund check. They never did. I told them I would dispute the charge if they didn't - and they stopped replying. I had to dispute with my credit card.

They'll happily charge your card without shipping anything. This is not legal. Their customer service is abysmal. Don't order here. "
