Northamericanterminals.com contacted me after the incident and offered to credit back the full amount of the shipping since they had made the original mistake of two day shipping versus the overnight shipping. I really appreciate that they reached out to me and offered the refund. As I said previously I'm happy with the product and their prices, and now I'm happy with their responsiveness and the refund. I would purchase from them again.

I am happy with the product and pricing of the items I have purchased from Northamericanterminals.com but the actual order fulfillment failed. I paid extra for overnight shipping and was charged for it but only received two-day shipping. I did get a credit for the difference but I would not have paid for overnight shipping if I did not need the terminal the next day. As a result of the two day shipping it was further delayed by a snowstorm which resulted in me receiving my order two days after I expected it. If only they had fulfilled the order correctly."
