"Be careful with this company. It is a scam, as I was painfully able to find out after the facts. I bought a W009. Only the phone works. Nothing else. They don't reply to queries. The instruction booklet is in chinenglish, incomprehensible. The phone apparently had an owner who used a password. Figure that out.My recommendation: don't buy a anything from this company."
"Be aware! The worst and most himulating customer service. They don't respond to a message or respond late with a himulating way of compensation.
I agree with the reviewers, this company is a scam, cheaters and they would try anything to screw you over. Do not buy anything from them if you do not want get robbed and screwed in a way or another.
Test of the Chinese prate copy of the I-phone delivered by NowSupplier, SciPhone i9 i68
I-phone vs. Phone i9 i68
Pirate copy cousin SciPhone i9 i68 have been bought by me because I’m a curious person. I was curious how much difference from the original the facts are and I found that this relationship is highly visual.
The SciPhone i9 i68 is not art's finest engineering magnificent sample. The charger is for example a story in itself, it may have in a certain examples point light but beyond that it is a three rickety construction that leads to horror mixed contempt of death every time you put it into an electrical socket or connect the phone to it. The USB connection on the charger is made of very bad quality and not even straight.
Visually, the mobile phone looks a lot like the I-phone but it's also the idea behind it. I noticed it especially on the packaging which is actually more well-done than the phone itself in. It is nearly identical to the package for real I-phone with the few differences, for example, that there is no "I". The differences once you open the package are much easier to see.
Really what sits beneath the skin on the i9 i68 is difficult to know but that it is not usual in the Olympics is difficult to escape. The icons are made with traditional Chinese piracy pride. It is beautiful and very true to the original but unfortunately it is only surface. By clicking happily on the icon you end up in a strange version of Opera Mini or another strange not functional application. When, after a lot of ifs and buts to find the settings and get them out on the web so you end up very often on web pages with Chinese characters. It might be an interesting experience but it is not very productive at all and it is extremely irritating. The ring tone was very difficult to change and for some callers it stayed the same irritating dog yielding ring tone no matter what I did to change the ring tone.
SciPhone i9 i68 is extremely temperamental. It can spontaneously burst into a Chinese singing or some strange scripts. Although there is such an application, but why it is activated when you press something else never explained.
At one point whips it in all cases, big brother, when you turn on the screen follows with the operating system, something that does not comply with grammatically correct sentences. The 32 GB of which is advertised on the phone shell is just an empty promise, unfortunately, it is much less than a megabytes when it comes to the internal memory.
I was always under the impression that Asians are quiet and somewhat timid, except very drunk Japanese businessmen in karaoke bars. If it is true, SciPhone i9 i68 not very politically correct. Everything is loud, call sound, notification sounds, and ringtones and applications audios and in most cases ignore the phone completely if you panic, press the volume decrease button, the meter goes down but the volume is the same. The screen often doesn’t react and the virtual keyboard often doesn’t response or types another letter beside the pointed one. Especially irritating is when a call is received, you have to swap your finger many times on the unlock icon which often doesn’t response at all and the incoming call is missed. The internet setting is extremely difficult and often complicated.
The accompanying mp3 Chinese pop angora was otherwise eye-opening.
It comes as no surprise that iTunes on the computer playing completely unresponsive with another version of the SciPhone i9 i68 when we connect it. The newer version of the phone can connect with a slightly different variant of a mini USB port but Windows 7 will not recognize the phone's existence, regardless of connection mode you select in your phone. Windows XP was a bit more forgiving of some fractions and occasionally I get the phone's memory card as a drive on the desktop. Connectivity-wise you will find a strange java version of MSN Messenger. I may be paranoid, but I cannot escape the feeling that everything I do involving the transfer of information intercepted by the Chinese government. I have not dared to Internet search on "square" "Mao's little" or "lotus revolution".
In a real I-Phone’s App Store one of the major benefits. SciPhone i9 i68 situation is quite different, for where to start. No, I'm serious, where do we start? I manage to not even figure out what the SciPhone i9 i68's operating system. Need I even mention the PC to SciPhone i9 has no App store? Most of the apps say they must be installed and the others includes animated dinosaurs who want to bite off one's finger and butterflies endlessly flapping around on the screen. It is also little smaller than the I-Phone, and unfortunately it was damaged in testing the mobile. Not that the display quality suffers too much of the white lines, unclear and electronic disturbing that on the lower part but it makes it difficult to see what the bottom icons are supposed to be or to see the text that end up there. The screen often doesn’t response and often starts another application instead of the one pointed. I got a feeling like when I was looking at my grandmother oldest TV screen when they had it before it was thrown many years ago.
Volume buttons on the SciPhone i9 i68 are flapping. Home button looks sad and sunk down into the skin and always want to separate from the phone's frame. The mobile phone also complains that it always loses contact with it in the package supplied charger. The batteries are of the lowest quality and they last extremely short time. Both batteries are now completely damaged after using the phone for less than one month.
In the I-Phone 3G the buttons are in place, the battery is at least one day and it has no funny business for themselves, which to hang or crash. Handset's rounded forms are pleasant and comfortable in the hand and even if it is a tad on the heavy side, it feels that in all cases edited.
OS and Apps
SciPhone i9 i68
Icons sends one to the embedded video player and click on game icons as requiring the most that you should install some kind of java app, but where to find them and how to install for me so far a mystery. App store in the I-phone is perhaps I-phones strongest card. Here you can more or less find everything you need.
I-Phone 3G
Apps are officially authorized before getting access to them, sync can only be done via iTunes and all the media files must be converted in order to be able to play them. But the OS is fast, easy to understand and aesthetic appeal is undeniable. Need we mention that SciPhone i9 i68 has no App store? More than half of the apps say they must be installed and the other half includes animated dinosaurs.
In the SciPhone i9 i68 the pictures say the least deplorable and a coma victim sloth would win in a speed comparison. The images we are able to be calculated, has a resolution of far less than 0.077 megapixels. In the I-Phone 3G, the camera of 3 megapixels is not first class but much is offset by the way the software presents the results on the screen. Then it's a shame that there are very many settings, the lack of a front camera and photo light is conspicuous by its absence.
SciPhone i9 i68 whips I-Phone at one point, it has two SIM places, something of a strange reason is very common on low-priced handsets in Asia. It also has Bluetooth but it doesn’t comply completely with the Bluetooth standard and often doesn’t establish contact with devices. Now, there are often three SIM phones and even four SIM phones in the Chinese market. In the I-Phone 3G with Apple's I-Phone 3G was finally patronage 3G opportunities. WLAN and Bluetooth will be more or less for granted, and are connected to a computer via USB but work correctly. Too bad that Apple has not chosen a standard USB standard on mobile phones but it is not so surprising in a company that always chooses to go its own way.
The SciPhone i9 i68 is hardly responsive, the contrast is not of the highest quality and the colors are rather clear. The smaller screen than the I-Phone is unfortunately damaged in testing the mobile.
NewSupplier promise one year warranty. When I informed the NewSupplier that my phone doesn’t work anymore, they asked me to send it back for repair. I was at the post office and asked how much it would cost to send the package back; I found that it would cost nearly the same price of the phone. When I informed the NewSupplier about the return postage cost, they offered me refund for only five USD. It feels so humiliating.
When I bought the SciPhone i9 i68, a friend who works in a mobile technical shop said that my phone would not work more than three month and I found that is true. My phone never worked properly since the beginning. It began to lose contact with the net after two days of using, it start to generate very disturbing noise for me and for the caller after very few days, the batteries did not last a longer call and the standby was far less than a day, the batteries was not functional and finally the phone stopped working and the batteries stopped to be charged. When testing the batteries with another Phone i9i68, I found that both batteries are destroyed. When trying to be stubborn to charge the phone, the charging symbol on the screen lights up sometimes but thereafter stop but the battery doesn’t charge at all.
So, unluckily, I ended up with completely defected and not functional product and the supplier insists to send the product back for repair which result to a postage charges more than the phone price, or otherwise, I would be humiliated to accept 5 USD as a refund!"
"AVOID THIS COMPANY..........
I refused shipment on an order because it arrived over a 1 month after I paid for expedited shipping.
I emailed them as well and asked them to cancel the order and give me a refund because it had been 3 weeks and I didn't even have a valid tracking number.
I was also greatly disappointed because PAYPAL offered no protection and somehow ruled in the favor of the seller even after I explained how I asked them to cancel the order because they had still not shipped it 3 weeks later.
I like using PAYPAL but after that experience I am really disappointed with PAYPAL and will strongly reconsider using them for future transactions.
Finally my credit card company provided me with a refund.
As for the company, they promised to give me a refund and then stopped replying to my emails.
Then they fought my case with PayPal and the Credit Card Company.
I had full documentation of all the emails I sent to NowSupplier to prove my case.
This was the worst shopping experience in my life.
Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NOWSUPPLIER."
"1)Prices for the goods are different. For one is low, for other’s is very high, so you must check before.
a. one of my item became more expensive
b.Second my item became cheaper about 40%
2)4 moths past, item’s not shipped and no reply from the shop.
3) After establishing connections with the shop I have new problems:
a. They can’t do money back
b. My Item is on their web site, which is more expensive, AND they tell, that do not has this item on market and never will has.
c. So, should buy other’s items…
So!
Feedback is terrible! It’s a cheater’s shop. After 4 month waiting I still don’t have one item.
"
"On Dec 4th 2010 we bought two Tablets(Item/ IS001413) They came 50 days after we ordered them instead of 12-20 as advertised. They both destroyed themselves internally within the 1st. 3 hours,! We were told to send them back (cost us 40.00 more!) by Bernard the sales manager & Master Liar.
They emailed back they received only one and claimed the other one was lost somewhere in Shenzhen,China They said they would refund or replace,
Now , they have had over 45 days since they got them back and have been emailing us many time saying it would be put on their agenda, so sorry we need more time, we are going to get to soon, They even said it would be refunded by Paypal yesterday. We are out close to $400 total ,with nothing to show for it,they also stopped answering our emails They lied again!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY LIE /CHEAT/STEAL"
"DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered item. Three days later status changed to shipped. Never received a tracking number. Month later sent an email to them. They replied back, saying they lost my package, will resend package.
Paypal gives you 45 days to open a dispute. Nowsupplier will give you excuses till your time runs out. Then they will vanish and you'll never hear from them again.
If you used Payapl, file a dispute within 45 days. Even if the item arrives you can always cancel the dispute."
"I ordered an aPad from them 11/12/10 and paid extra for expedited shipping. Got confirmation it was shipped out on 11/18 through China Post. As of 1/7/11 I still don't have it, but fortunately I paid using PayPal, and they issued me a refund last week."
"Nowsupplier CS problem. I bought a 10.2"laptop from nowsupplier two months ago, and I got my item after 15 days since I placed my order. The shipping is ok. But, no more than 3 days, I found the OS was not official Micro. OS, and I cnotacted with the cs of Nowsupplier but got nothing tech support. They just told me there is rare they can do for official OS. Does that sound reasonable? If it's not official one, why not run others like Linux something? They haven't gave me a reasonable reply. Really sad."
"Paid for more expensive shipping option. Instead they used China Post. Goods haven't arrived. Tracking only shows receipt by Post Office in China. Missing now for 3 weeks. They didn't give me a refund on the shipping. And no response about the goods. I wouldn't buy from them again."
"I ordered a single phone from them back in January, which never arrived. They did not refund me, did not respond to my queries, or when they actually did, they told me they would resend it which obviously did not happen.
They are SCAM, cheaters and would try anything to screw you over.
DO NOT buy anything from them if You do not want get robbed. Even ordering thru PayPal won't make sure you're safe."
