"AFTER RECEIVING ITEM I FOUND 2 PROBLEMS.
THE FIRST PROBLEM IS THAT THE CUCKOO SOUNDS TWICE AN HOUR, INSTEAD OF ONCE PER HOUR.
THE SECOND PROBLEM IS THAT THE CLOCK CUCKOOING DOES NOT STOP AT NIGHT AS DESCRIBED IN ITS SALE.

I PHONED NULIME FOR HELP, SEVERAL TIMES TO NO AVAIL. LEFT MY PHONE NUMBERAND PROBLEMS, BUT NO ONE FROM NUMLIME EVER GETS BACK TO ME.
I ALSO ASKED THEM TO SUPPLY ME WITH THE LIMITED 90 DAY WARRANTY, BUT NO EITHER EMAILED ME OR PHONED ME WITH THAT INFORMATION.

IN CONCLUSION, NULIME WILL GIVE ME NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND FLORDA STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE.
