It was good doing business with you. You are very clear about progress of shipment of purchased item, with tracking information. I get tired of dealing with sellers who essentially tell the buyer to hold their breath, saying: "It was sent weeks ago, I'm not sure why it's not there yet".... needless to say i never deal with those people again. I am in a period of not ordering much presently, but sometimes i spend thousands a month online, so i am very discerning about whom i continue to do business with.

Actually in the 15 years of ordering items online this is only the second time I've had a problem with anyone.

I had contacted them on 06/24/08 regarding a PortableDVD player asking details because the description didn't match the model #. I recieved an email saying the recieved the request and would get back with me. They NEVER answered.

The evening of 6/26/08 I ordered the product. on 6/27/08 they were magically OUT of stock.

If they had gone through the trouble to respond to the first request I would've never had to trust them with my personal information. Now there is one more place I will NEVER purchase from again that has my information.

And I have to wait another week because nobody ships on a weekend after I order it from Buydig.com (GREAT PLACE)

"I'm an owner of Family Tree Maker 2003, so my intent was to purchase Family Tree 2008 and input my existing files. It took over 45 minutes to load the program on the computer and get updates to the program from their website. From there everything went downhill. The software would not allow me to transfer my existing tree. I went to the website as instructed in the manual and went through the recommended step to correct this problem. I followed all of the processes twice and it never worked. I deleted the 2008 software and reinstalled 3 times...still no good! I restarted my computer numerous times. I e-mailed customer support at ancestry.com and they sent me a response and the same steps I have seen from their website. I compresssed, reindexed, reindexed again, everything several more times and I still was getting a fatal error message within about 10 seconds of trying to do the file transfer. The file continues to work on FTM 2003 but not on FTM 2008. I spent over 12 hours trying to get it to work and have now asked Nulime.com how to return the software and get my refund. I'm still waiting for them to approve my return.

Otherwise, delivery was fine, well packaged, just flawed manufacturer's program."
