"To NuLime's point... I should say that I didn't try to return them through NuLime.com and I don't know what the level of service would be for a return. I really am dissatisfied with the fact that my product is defective and I can't use it. I don't know whose fault it is that it is malfunctioning or whether it would have been defective if I purchased it from NuLime or somewhere else. I am still very disappointed with my purchase, but who wouldn't be when they were looking forward to getting something that didn't work? I went through the manufacturer because they had their return and guarantee policy very handy inside the packaging. As well, I called their hotline to see if I had connected them incorrectly. At their request, I sent them in.
Both X Box controllers we purchased from NuLime.com did not work. We had to return them to the manufacturer for repair. As of today, September 5, we still don't have working controllers as they are still with the manufacturer. If the manufacturer is unable to repair the controllers, I will be returning them, expecting a full refund. They worked for 30 seconds and then they automatically disconnect every time we used them no matter what port they were plugged into."
