I called the nulime.com customer support and left voice mail, and they called me back saying that they would email me the required return authorization info. I have never received this information, and that was 6 weeks ago. I have called their customer support line at least a dozen times since, and all I have ever gotten is an answering machine. Ever time I called I left a message explaining that I was trying to return this order, and have never heard a word back. At this point they are obviously ignoring me. "I ordered two items from Nulime. One item was backordered; the website it would ship in less than two weeks. The first item arrived fine but the packing slip said my order was complete. I was charged for both items. I waited for the other item, and waited, and waited. Then I opened a ticket on their website. It took several days to get a response and the response was "we will look into it." Then nothing for another week. Opened another ticket and now no response for several days. I just want a refund of my money or my item. It has been almost a month and a half. I am so disappointed in this company. Maybe they used to be good but note that big problems have been reported recently. I would not order from these guys again ever. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I am not much of a complainer.

Update: Ten days later Nulime still has not responded to help tickets, do not answer their phones, and has not responded here. THAT tells you something. Issue still unresolved.

FINAL UPDATE: Once I got Nulime's attention they made it right and refunded the cost of my entire order (including the item I did receive). They were apologetic. No business is mistake free and I believe in supporting those who make a real effort to do the right thing once they see a mistake. I will be giving Nulime a bit of time to get their customer service issues fixed but, after that, I would shop with them again. You have to like a company that admits mistakes and works to fix them. "
