"Right now I am not real satisfied with the service provided by O2GearShop. Simply replying to my emails with an answer would likely have changed my opinion but going silent is not a way too keep a customer happy. I ordered a bike trailer on June 18th. I have sent two emails asking when I should expect to receive it and still no answers. I am not impressed.

Update: A few hours after posting this review I got a response to my email. I can see they received my email on July 5th at 8:01 am and responded to the email on July 8th at 2:49 pm."
