Customer service is stupidly **** and whenever they send you a message even when its serious they put smily face at the end. And they definatly will tell you to wait that they are checking with factory when there is no **** thing as factory and they only to that to avoid your conversation. The best way to pay them is through paypal because if something goes wrong and you opened a case on paypal they will be very scared and they will contact you in email or whats app very fast."
