"I purchased 3 copies XP Pro OEM from OEM2go. They seemed legit and I was led to believe they were in the US. I got the OS copies and the "bulk license" has gone defunct. I have filed a paypal claim.
Warning to all. They are in China. They appear to be a moving scam."
"They are CROOKS YES !! NO SECOND DOUBT.
I ordered a PhotoShop CS2 in hurry on 30th Dec 2008 and only read the above two reviews later when I did not receive any reply from them and have been trying to get in touch with them in every possible way.
I started suspecting when I did not receive any replies and requested to cancel the order and to be considered as null and void.
I blocked my direct debit standing instruction from paypal but today the payment was cleared from my debit card attached to the bank account !!
So I have now lost my funds and these CROOKS are rejoicing.
PLEASE STAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS.
I have opened a dispute dialogue with paypal and am awaiting the response from the seller.
Any suggestions as to what next I should do to recover my funds back ?
Yours sincerely
Harry"
"I can echo the previous poster's issues. Received an Office 2003 OEM disc, but it would not install on any of the 3 computers I tried it on. The disc appeared to be pirated, and since it shipped from China I would not doubt it. Google checkout has since notified me that they no longer process payments for this company. I have tried to contact oem2go in every way, but have received no response. STAY AWAY FROM OEM2GO!"
"I helped my friend find a site to purchase software (in this case, MS Office Pro 2003). She ordered it and received it. We tried to install it (I'm quite computer savvy) and it would not install. I tried on two other computers with no luck. She called the seller and they said to email support who sent her another disk. Same thing...tried on all three PC's and it wouldn't install. She called them again, but got voicemail. She left a message to call her back and explained the problem. No call so she emailed support again. No reply so she called back and this time no answer or voicemail. She and I have been trying for the past two weeks with no luck. She disputed the charge on her credit card. They also could not reach them. STAY AWAY FROM oem2go.com or OEM 4 Sale Software. They are crooks."
