"I would say that you should have probably read all the information on the listing to make sure you understood the facts. I understand that you may have made an error and it turned out as it did." Received second hostile email after cancellation that said "You should be embarrassed of yourself and your refusal to accept the fact that you made a mistake." Who speaks to customers like that??"
