"I ordered a 12 inch JL Audio W7 enclosed in the custom ProWedge woofer box. In the order details it said my item weighed 26 pounds, but the sub and box together weigh 81 so I thought they sent me the wrong item. It turns out UPS made the mistake and I received exactly what I ordered it and it arrived when they said it would. I give these guys 5 stars! When I called them back to tell them I canceled the order they said they had no record of that conversation...now that's a surprise. "The price was good but customer service was terrible. I received a defective unit, emails to customer service were ignored, and phone agent was rude and accused me of an "installation error" without looking at my photos or facts of my claim. I had to return the item at my cost. The unit was ultimately ruled as defective. Even though the item was still available, it was not replaced. Instead I was issued a store credit and had to reorder with replacement shipping at my expense. This is not the way to run a business.
