I received a defective unit, emails to customer service were ignored, and phone agent was rude and accused me of an "installation error" without looking at my photos or facts of my claim. I had to return the item at my cost. The unit was ultimately ruled as defective. Even though the item was still available, it was not replaced. Instead I was issued a store credit and had to reorder with replacement shipping at my expense. This is not the way to run a business.
