Used their wizard and called customer service reps twice to review my order and an errant piece however costly was incorrect and a duplicate shipped. They take no responsibility and all return shipping charges were at my cost out of pocket which was $85 for a part which shouldn’t have been shipped in the first place. I called customer service regarding the issue and again based on policy, their hands are tied.
