"I ordered items that I knew would be on back order until February 2020. End of February still nothing, other online retailers all received these new items and began shipping. I emailed and called with not response. Sent a dispute with credit card and lo and behold was shipped with items still on back order in March now. I emailed again to cancel remaining items. NO response again! Now shipping remaining items end of March with order from January from Creativation items. Never have they emailed me back or returned my phone calls. They claim to have great ecustomer service but it’s horrible. And they must be last on list from distributors if don’t have items until end of March when others all received early February. Don’t order from them!!!!! "

"super cheap markers. It took a while for the order to be packaged, but it all worked out. I’m Canadian and I had the markers sent to my girlfriend in Florida Keys and it all worked out! All the right colours, all markers working perfectly. Thank you so much Oozak. Looks sketchy but I promise it all worked out for me. She loves them. "
"Oozak told me they had 7 rolls of craft tape in stock. I immediately ordered and paid. They charged my card immediately. Over the next week or so I had 4 different types of notification on processing and packing, saying much the same thing. Over a 4 week period they’ve refused to answer any of my queries through email. This morning, after nearly a month, they’ve cancelled my order, without any explanation and without confirmation of crediting my credit card.its almost impossible to get details of contacting this company in a sensible, customer-oriented form. Disgraceful treatment. Potential customers beware."
"Took over two months to get my order and then it was only partial. I have been waiting over two years for my order to be completed and all my emails asking where the rest of my order is have gone unanswered. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They have my money and my order hasn't been completed. I have been patient and tried to be understanding but it has been too long without even an apology. This is NOT how you treat customers and they should be ashamed."
