"Save yourself a massive headache, and do NOT purchase from overstockdigital. Read the Yelp reviews for an accurate depiction of what to expect and for real reviews (I guarantee these positive reviews are false). I ordered a Nikkor lens on their site without doing my due diligence to read the reviews first. After a week, I never received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. I emailed customer service twice and didn't receive a response. That's when I Googled overstockdigital and read the reviews. Yikes! I'm not alone in my frustration. I called the customer service number listed on their website, and was told that someone did reply to my email but it "bounced back." This is absurd. I successfully send and receive over 100 emails each day. In this mystery email that I never received, I was apparently informed that the lens isn't in stock and won't be available for 3+ weeks. The website has the lens clearly listed as "in stock." I told the gentleman on the phone to cancel my order and he obliged, stating that he'd even waive the cancellation fee. I found this comical. Unlike other reviewers, they didn't try to bait and switch me to a different lens, or do a pushy sales pitch. This company is a SCAM. Do your research. Read other review sites. Save yourself the hassle. "
