"Others seems to have had good things to say, but I cannot recommend this vendor. After placing my order on-line, they sent me an e-mail that I needed to call to "confirm my order" which I found odd. Then they tried to sell me a different set of equipment that I informed them I did not want (wasting two days). After a week went by without hearing from them, I logged in, and my order is showing the equipment they tried to sell me and not my original order. I sent a follow up e-mail requesting they restore my original order and a shipping status and received no response.

They have not charged my card or shipped the items, so I simply cancelled my order in disgust. Now I have to scramble to find the equipment from another vendor since I've lost a week and a half for nothing."

"I spoke with a sales person before placing the order on line. Because of the price difference I wanted to make sure this was a new in the box XF-100 camcorder with all the Canon parts. What I was describing is Canon’s retail package. I also asked about the other free accessories and given assurance I placed an order. I was called the next day to confirm the order. They offered me some of the upgrade accessory packages. I explained I was happy with the standard Canon battery and charger. I was then told I was only purchasing the camera body at the listed price. Further since they are a wholesale company they did not only offer the Retail (all the factory accessories) Package. I canceled my order. I will watch and refuse any attempt at a cancelation or restock charge.) I hope that does not have to happen. I have ordered from another online retailer. I had to go through several others that did not have a “What’s in the Box” button. A few were nonspecific, like “battery and charger” and they also turned out not to be Canon or Canon approved accessories. On the positive side OverstockDigital.com did call to confirm. This could be avoided by clearly labeling the item as “camera body only” as is the normal practice. "
