"Fantastic experience! I ordered an SLR Camera package. It turned out that the package I ordered was back ordered. Kevin helped me when I called to check the status of the order about a week later. He was able to send a similar package out, upgrade a few items and the warranty for me and I received it a week later. After I got it, I decided I wanted to exchange the body for a different model. Being my mistake, I was willing to basically start over, instead, again he was able to help me just exchange what I wanted to very quickly.
