Sincerely yours AL. NORIEGA"
"Ordered on Thursday and received my order on Friday--the next day! Prices were very good and the service, well, terrific. I just wish they had more stuff so I could order more from them."
"I have purchased computer components from this company a number of times. The prices are reasonable. They ship on time, and they stand behind what they sell. "
"I had purchased several orders from them without incident until the order I placed on April 27th. I purchased a barebones dell gx1, a black ATX case with 300 watt P4 powersupply and 3 modems together. The lighter 17lb ATX case was packed under the 29lb dell computer and thus was damaged in shipping. The case looked like someone kicked it in. The outside of the larger shipping box showed no damage. I contacted their customer service and they told me I would have to wait for a FEDEX Damage claim. I have been waiting over 2 weeks for the Fedex Damage claim even though it was cause by their improper pack job. Actually FEDEX cut them a check on May 11th and they still have not shipped my replacement case yet and it is May 18th. I was told as soon as FEDEX was going to pay the claim I would get a replacment shipped.
Update: They have finally shipped my replacement case on May 18th, after repeated emails to them to get this resolved. The owner of Package2You actually packed my shipment very carefully and enclosed a note apologizing for the problem with the shipment. I have finally gotten this replacement case and it works great.
I actually did place one order after this one just because it was such a good deal on the FIC ICE Cube Socket 478 micro system. I was very worried about it until it arrived undamaged in my hands.
Their prices are great, they take paypal, shipping is prompt, but one time poorly packed.
I will am going to give them a second chance."
"Very satisfied with P2U. There prices are great, and shipping is fast and resonable. You should read the description of the product very carefully so there is no confusion or faulty assumption as to what your ordering."
"Generally this company is easy to deal with and has some good items at good prices. However my last experience with them compells me to post a caveat of sorts. I ordered 300ft cat 5 kit that was advertised as coming with 30 ends, a tester, and a crimper. I received everything except the tester. WHen I contacted them, stated it was an error, no tester included, but that the listing was fixed. I looked at the listing and the correction now says 30 ends and 100 ends are included. One of those figures is untrue. If you choose to order from these folks be VERY careful, even if the errors are non-intentional, this level of disorganization is something you need to be wary of. They offered to Issue an RMA with a refund, but not refund initial shipping. They also stated that this doesn't happen often with them but had no explanation as to why the listing remained misleading after being corrected."
"I purchased an AMD socket A mainboard. It arrived DOA, but not to worry. I returned the shipment, which was promptly responded to, and received a replacement board in almost no time. Excellent customer service skills, and quick turnaround on RMAs in the case of manufacturer defects. What else could you ask for? Excellent merchant."
"Third order from these nice folks and each time the order was quickly shipped and arrived securely packaged. Their items are priced very very good as well as their shipping rates.. They have a real time inventory and checkout is simple, secure and quick.
All phone calls have always been answer by a very helpful and knowledgeable person that assisted me in whatever question I may have had. I think this is very important these days.. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and look forward to my next purchase."
"This company is AWESOME, in my book!!!
I have been purchasing from Package2you[P2U], for about 3 years, now. I have always found the components that I have needed, for an excellent price, plus, the shipping charges are so very low and affordable. I love to repair, rebuild/upgrade and build PCs for family and friends. It is especially nice, to find a company that does handle *older* components, since, there are many individuals that simply can not afford to purchase new PCs. Or I can build a *newer* system, with discontinued/used/refurbished components. What with the way computer technology is advancing, why not???!!!
I am NOT a random customer, but a well established one. I have ordered many, many times including items like motherboards, CPUs, video cards, sound cards, modems, cable sets, *Screwless* Case screws, ATX Cases, so on and so forth.
Only once, have I request a RMA, for two Socket 7 motherboards, that I had purchased. I had ordered a model that had capability to add USB headers. The model that they had sent me, did not have this capability. It was no problem. A RMA was issued, I returned the motherboards and the *right* model was shipped out to me.
Today's issue was different. I had to cancel an order, that I made over the weekend. I called Pam Schmitz, explained my problem and she handled it with professionalism and thoroughness.
I have only dealt with Pam, through emails. It was a GREAT pleasure to finally, get to talk with her in person. She is warm, friendly and a complete asset to P2U. I felt, as though I was talking with an *old friend*. I like doing business with companies, that treat their customers with respect and as though, they are *special*.
Before, I wrote this review, I read some of the comments by other purchasers. I was totally amazed at the *very dissatisfied* comments. I personally felt, that they were talking about a complete different company, then the one I have dealt with.
One thing, I must point out, when a company deals in *overstocked*, discontinued, refurbished and *pulled* items, things can and do happen. However, my experience has been that P2U stands by their policies and the products. All of the items, that I have purchased have been in good to excellent condition and in working order.
I highly recommend P2U to all of my family and friends. In fact, they are in my *top ten* list of companies, that I prefer to do business with, online.

"Wow, what a dissapointment. I thought I'd found a deal too good to be true when I saw "Refurbished" Dell Quiet-Key Keyboards for under $2 each. So I ordered a bunch. It WAS too good to be true.
First of all, they are not "refurbished" at all, the description on the website reads:
Microsoft Quietkey Dell PS2 Windows Keyboards?
These Keyboards are from a local Corporate upgrade. They have been tested & Refurbed by Package2you.
That's a complete lie. Half of these keyboards are missing keys! I wonder how the one with no spacebar passed the "test" process? The ones that are complete are filthy. They have food and cola particles stuck to them and the keys are all heavily stained. There is still loose gunk down between the keys even.
UPDATE: I finally got around to trying to clean the few keyboards without broken/missing keys. They simply don't work. They either are completely dead or have serious stuck key problems, so in reality the entire shipment of keyboards was completely DOA.
Besically these keyboards went straight from a corporate junkpile into a box to me. Zero effort was made to clean, repair or other wise "test and refurbish" them at all.
My only consolation is that I did not buy more stuff from Package2You, I limited my purchase to these keyboards as a test of the vendor, and they failed miserably.
UPDATE: Package2You was apologetic when I contacted them about this purchase. They offered to refund HALF of what I paid for the products and shipping combined. While that may seem like a solution to them, it's not an acceptable one to me. I'm still out money for parts that not only don't work, but were obviously junk when they shipped out the door. What really amazes me is that they actually hope to do business with me in the future! Not a chance, no way.
BUYER BEWARE! Avoid this company if you unless you want to throw money away."
"i bought just a floopy drive. i thought it was not working coz i had the cable the wrong way. i asked for RMA and the costumer service was excellent. i mixed up my email (one i used to order and the other i use to email them about the problem). a little miscommunication and they are very patient to me. it was my fault and they are still nice to me and issued me a RMA without me even providing or filling up an invoice. i just tell them my problem, the item and date of purchase. will certainly buy from them again."
"Simply pu "Great people to work with". Whether it be in person or on the internet, finding a seller that provides old fashioned service is simply not that easy. My dealings with the sales and billing staff at Package 2 You left me feeling like I was truly apprciated! I can't make guarantee's for your future experiences, but I can say for a fact that they could not have treated me any better!

"My order arrived quickly (arrived 2 business days after purchase). This purchase included a 19" Optim Monitor which failed about 8 months later, the Package2You staff have acted remarkably to attempt a repair, but since this model is no longer available, Package2You has reimbursed me fully for the monitor.
Their service has been incredible and completely personable! Not one form letter! Have made multiple purchases from this vendor with exceptional transactions each time---will gladly buy again."
"My purchases have been gtreat. The service was fast and friendly, and the products were great deals and sent to me as described. I will be doing business with them again. It is enjoyable to find a web business with these results. "
"Just when I was beginning to think these guys had cleaned up their act they bust it off in me. In my most recent order they shipped two supposedly "refurbed and tested" keyboards that appeared to be pulled straight out of an auto garage. Both are greasy and nasty to the point of uselessness.
The Fast ethernet card was not the one advertised though it probably will work.
You just never know what you will get with these folks. Sometimes the item is exactly as advertised and is a good deal and other times it's money wasted. You just have to ask yourself:Do I feel lucky?."
